Ms. F. Mehlika ÜNER YAYCI is the managing partner of A&Y Law Firm. She graduated from the School of Law of Ankara University in 2000 and became a member of Ankara Bar in 2001. After graduation, she has commenced to LLM program at European Union Law in Ankara University Social Sciences Institute. She has worked for several Turkish and foreign capitalized defense industry, telecommunication and automotive companies as an in-house lawyer for fourteen years. Finally, she has attended to A&Y law firm as managing partner in 2015. She speaks Turkish and English languages fluently. She is an authorized mediator.

She is a specialist in defense industry, public tender, commercial, corporate, labor, competition, IP and contracts law. She advises to individuals and corporations especially in those areas, in addition to which she represents and assists her clients in negotiations and disputes in various instances.
